Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must remain intact
• Return request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
• Customized items and sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return
1. Email us at s8uth.st@gmail.com within 1 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided by our team.
After we receive and inspect the product, store credit will be issued within 2 business days of return confirmation.

• A ₹150 return shipping fee applies and is the customer’s responsibility.
• We do not offer monetary refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Store credit issued is valid for future purchases and cannot be transferred to cash.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, color, or style (subject to availability).
Exchange Conditions
• Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Customer is responsible for a ₹150 exchange shipping fee, unless the item is damaged or defective
Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue for faster processing
After verification, we will either:
• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from confirmation.

Shipping Costs
• For exchanges and standard returns, the customer bears the shipping cost (₹150).
• For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
